Cascade

16x20 Oil on Canvas
SOLD
Yesterday, film maker Michael Bavaro shot footage for a book trailer in my studio. The novel, Cascade, by Maryanne O'Hara, is based on the life of an artist. I was closely filmed while painting a cascading waterfall. The book is coming out in August but can be pre-ordered now through Amazon. The three minute trailer for the book, after much editing, will be embedded on the novelist's homepage. Below is the book cover. Above, is the painting I did for the film.
Check out film maker, Michael Bavaro's web site. He has produced some really cool stuff including a recent documentary on Filene's Basement; Voices from the Basement, and Rex Trailer's Boomtown. I'll let you know when the trailer goes live.

Oh how cool!
The painting is beautiful and I will look for the book. I just read "The Paris Wife" about Earnest Hemingway and his first wife Hadley and their life in Paris. It's a beautiful story.
