Five figures on a 6x6, wow! The looseness of strokes and the backlighting work so well together.
Another good one, Karen! I like the colors and the mood. Your brush strokes are nice and you get so much information in such a small format.
I love the cool palette in this one Karen, and it's been nice seeing you tackle so many different subjects so skillfully.
How do you do this? Your ability to capture so much in a painterly fashion on such a small support is amazing. Beautiful!
Captivating composition. The strong shadow shades on the gals are glorified greatly with the glow of the sand in sun. Figs are fine too. :)
These figures are amazing. Not too fussy and yet convey so much! Excellent job with the lights and shadows in so many colors. Really feel like you are right there in the conversation. You captured the moment!
