This is a section of a painting from the Cape Elizabeth Wet Paint Auction. I photographed it under the tent, backlit, so I had a glare on the rest of the painting. What a spectacular event! I am so fortunate to have been a participant. It is going to a home in Naples, Florida.

Setting up in front of our general store seemed like a great idea until lunchtime. Truck after truck parked in front of me blocking my view. Even wearing a huge floppy hat and covered in hot pink paint, no one seemed to noticed me. Good thing I didn't pass out from the intense heat. I would still be there.
